Representation of IBREI in URUGUAY

Uruguay has a solid international reputation in terms of legal security and respect for contracts. Characterizing itself as a solid democracy that has the lowest corruption rates in the world. From a financial point of view, Uruguay has large investments and is evaluated by the largest international risk rating agencies as one of the most reliable countries in America. The government's inflation target range is between 3% and 7% for 2021. The country has a broad investment promotion system and tax benefits. Treats nationals and foreigners in the same way, without distinction. It is possible to establish companies in Uruguay without the need for local partners, or restrictions on the use of foreign currencies. There are also no restrictions on the repatriation of foreign currency.
